Bookings Bookings are only secured when event details have been agreed and a deposit received, Proscreens will then be guaranteed at your event on that date. Safety Proscreens technicians have a duty to observe safe working practices at all times. Should a technician deem something unsafe he has the right to request changes. Public Liability Insurance. Any accident involving Proscreens equipment to any outside participant's) is covered by Proscreens public liability insurance coverage.
Equipment /Event Insurance It is the responsibility of the client to supply a sufficient power source with sufficient earth to the location where needed by technicians. Any equipment damaged by improper power supply or surge will be the responsibility of the client. Insurance is recommended for this. Equipment security is the responsibility of the client from the time of arrival to the time of departure. You may wish to consider additional insurance for this. Also insuring your event against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances is highly recommended.
Weather Policies (Outside Events) In extreme weather conditions – dangerous winds, lightning etc. – it maybe necessary for us to halt the event in the interest of public safety. You may wish or be forced to cancel the event due to bad weather. To cover such eventualities bad weather insurance would be advisable.
