School Outdoor Screen Hire

ProScreens supplies outdoor LED screen hire for schools, providing a practical way to hold assemblies, presentations and celebrations outside. With a large screen, sound system and microphones, we bring the equipment you would normally use in a school hall out onto the school field.

Outdoor School Assemblies in Daylight

During the COVID pandemic, we helped schools move their assemblies outdoors using our B10 LED screen trailer. Unlike projection screens, which need dark conditions for film screenings, LED screens can display presentations and videos during the day.

This makes them suitable for outdoor assemblies, sports days, awards presentations, school leavers’ celebrations and other events where pupils and staff need to see and hear clearly.

LED Screen Trailer with Sound and Power

Our B10 trailer comes complete with a sound system, microphones and its own power supply. This reduces the need to run power cables across the school field from a nearby building.

The generator is housed within the trailer enclosure, helping keep it away from pupils. Our technician manages the equipment, with the setup and access arrangements agreed with the school before the event.

Connect Your Laptop, DVD or Blu-ray Player

The screen can display content from compatible laptops, DVD players and Blu-ray players. Whether you want to show a presentation, school photographs or a video, we can check the connections and playback requirements with you beforehand.

Simply provide the material you want to display, and our technician will handle the screen and sound equipment throughout your booking.

School Cinema Nights and Fundraising Events

Alongside daytime LED screen hire, ProScreens provides outdoor cinema equipment for school fundraising events. These screenings proved popular in 2021, bringing families together for a shared film night while helping schools raise funds.

We can advise on the right screen for your event. LED screens suit daytime viewing, while a projector and cinema screen can provide a larger picture for screenings after dark.

School Screen Hire Across the UK

We have travelled across the country with our LED screen trailer, supporting events in London, Hampshire, Dorset, Liverpool and Manchester, among other locations.

Every screen booking includes a technician to set up and operate the equipment, allowing school staff and organisers to concentrate on their event.
