We quote for each event individually. The cost depends on the location, screen type, audience size, access, staffing and any power or catering requirements. Your quotation will explain what is included.
What space and access do you need?
We need suitable space for the screen, audience and equipment, with safe access for installation. Some layouts also require a restricted projection area behind the screen. Send us photographs or details of your venue so we can advise.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Outdoor screenings depend on suitable weather, particularly safe wind conditions. We discuss the location and contingency arrangements with you in advance. If an indoor alternative is available, let us know during planning.
Can we show any film?
Tell us which film you would like to show and whether the event is private or open to an audience. Film permissions, licensing and the playback format need to be checked before the screening is confirmed.

Yes. Our staffed outdoor cinema packages include technicians to install and operate the equipment, look after the picture and sound, and dismantle everything after the screening.
Do we need an electricity supply?
We need a suitable power supply for the cinema equipment. If mains power is unavailable or too far away, we can discuss generator or battery options. Let us know what power is available when requesting your quotation.
What happens if it rains or becomes windy?
Outdoor cinema depends on suitable weather conditions. Wind can affect screen safety, and equipment must be operated within its limits. We discuss weather arrangements with you before the event, including any indoor alternative your venue can provide.
Can we choose the film?

Is film licensing included?

Can you play a DCP cinema film?
Yes, we offer DCP cinema projector and server hire for screenings that require digital cinema playback. Please tell us in advance if your film is supplied as a Digital Cinema Package, so we can specify compatible equipment and check the technical requirements.

Yes. Through Unique Entertainment, part of the ProScreens Group, we can arrange staffed popcorn, candy floss and food trailer options. Catering is quoted separately or included within an agreed event package.
