Projector and Screen Hire for Meetings, Presentations and Events

ProScreens provides projector and screen hire across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset and the Home Counties. From a small meeting or family film night to a corporate presentation or mobile cinema screening, we help you choose a setup that suits your venue and audience.

With over 30 years of cinema projection and AV experience, we supply the equipment, arrange delivery and setup, and make sure everything is ready for your event.

Tripod Screen Hire for Smaller Venues

A tripod screen is a practical, affordable choice for small meetings, presentations, training sessions and private events. Lightweight and quick for our team to assemble, these screens work well in venues where space is limited.

Our tripod screen options include:

• 175cm wide × 131cm high — approximately 69 × 52 inches, or 5ft 9in × 4ft 4in, with a nominal 4:3 picture format.
• 6ft screens — ask us for the available picture dimensions and format to suit your presentation.

These measurements refer to the viewing area. Additional space is needed for the screen housing, tripod legs and projector position.

Projector Hire for Presentations and Film Nights

We supply projectors for business meetings, seminars, photographs, party videos and cinema screenings, with day hire, overnight hire, weekly hire and longer-term arrangements available.

Our range includes Full HD 1080p projectors and models from approximately 2,000 to 15,000 ANSI lumens. We recommend a suitable projector based on your screen size, content and venue lighting. For the clearest picture, projection works best where daylight and room lighting can be controlled.

For standard presentations, options include an NEC data projector with 1024 × 768 resolution, a 4:3 image format and 4,600 lumens of brightness. HDMI connectivity and any required adapters are checked when we arrange your booking.

Cables, Adapters and Presentation Accessories

We supply the connection cables agreed for your setup, including HDMI cables and suitable laptop or Mac adapters where required. A presentation pointer can also be provided.

Tell us the make and model of your laptop, or which connections it has, so we can bring the correct equipment. We can also arrange playback from a DVD or Blu-ray player and supply a sound system for videos, films or speeches.

Delivery, Setup and Support

Our delivery, setup and collection service takes care of getting the equipment into position and testing it before use.

You will have a contact number for support throughout your hire, whether you book a single projector or a complete screen, projection and sound package. For shorter London bookings, our engineers may remain nearby, depending on the arrangements for your event. An on-site technician can also be included in your quotation.

Carefully Maintained Screens, Installed by Our Team

We install and dismantle our screens ourselves to keep them clean and in excellent condition. Where assembly requires a screen to be laid down, we use suitable protective coverings.

We do not offer screen dry hire to other companies. Our team handles each installation with care, helping ensure your screen looks its best on the day.
