Why We Do Not Publish Fixed Prices Online
It is almost impossible to publish accurate AV hire prices online because every event is different.
We also believe it is unfair for customers to compare prices based on a single figure published on a website. Some companies advertise extremely low prices but charge extra for items that are actually essential, such as extension leads, signal cables, adapters, microphone stands, delivery, collection or setup. Others may quote for equipment that is not suitable for the job simply to appear cheaper.
At ProScreens, we prefer to provide a clear, honest quotation that includes everything you need for your event. We take the time to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve before recommending the most suitable equipment. This ensures you receive the right solution rather than simply the cheapest option.
The final quote will depend on:
